We walk every client through four stages: Readiness, Operations, Action Plan, and Decide. The heart of it happens during Operations, where we use a diagnostic tool called the Voux Bottleneck Matrix™ to find exactly where your business is losing time and money, before we recommend a single solution.

What Does ROAD Stand For?

R, Readiness. We start by figuring out if your business actually has what it needs for AI to work: repeatable processes, clear time drains, and a team that has room to take on something new. Most failed AI implementations don't fail because the technology was wrong. They fail because nobody checked this first.

O, Operations. Next, we get into your actual day to day workflows and run them through the Bottleneck Matrix (more on that below) to find where inefficiency is quietly costing you.

A, Action Plan. From there, we build you a plan. Not a generic list of AI tools, but a specific sequence based on what the Matrix found, starting with whatever gets you the most return for the least effort.

D, Decide. This last one isn't ours to make. You leave with a clear picture of what to fix and why, and it's up to you what happens next: move forward with us, or take it and run on your own.

What Is the Voux Bottleneck Matrix™?

Think of it as a map of your business. Every inefficiency we find gets placed on it two ways: by where it lives (people, process, technology, or data) and by how much it's worth fixing (weighing impact against effort).

What you end up with is a clear picture of what's costing you time and money, and just as important, what isn't worth touching yet. A good diagnostic should tell you what to leave alone too, not just hand you a to do list.

We don't publish the full scoring behind the Matrix. It's built around your specific operations, not a template you fill out yourself, and its value comes from how it's run with a client, not the concept alone.
